　　i am a frequent user of the library, and would like to thank you for

　　providing students with such excellent service. that said, i have two

　　suggestions for you to better your service.

　　first, it would be very helpful if you would provide an outdoors

　　drop-off slot for books. i often walk by the library on my way home

　　from class, and it would save me a lot of time if i could simply drop

　　my books in the slot rather than going inside and giving the books to

　　the librarian.

　　second, i would be delighted if you would expand the size of the

　　computer lab. currently, i often have to wait for quite a while

　　before a computer BEComes available.
